BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Under the direction of Employment Services Program Director and HDC Enterprises Sales/Operations Director, this full-time position will develop new business and maintain and grow existing business for Employment Services (ES) and HDC Enterprises.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Promote the capabilities of the ES Program and HDC Enterprises to prospective clients and purchasing agents.
  • The ability to maintain, grow, and close new contract sales with existing and prospective customers by utilizing professional sales techniques.
  • Position will develop bids and manage accounts.
  • Knowledge of production area, methods/standards and ability to work in the production area.

 

Successful candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills, the desire and ability to sustain and grow customers in the Quad City area. Must also have, the ability to use computer programs (Microsoft Office suite, Dynamics) to complete electronic documentation and computer functions. Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance and acceptable driving record. High School graduate or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university preferred combined with two years successful sales, contract procurement.

PREVOCATIONAL SUPERVISOR

Do you enjoy helping and leading people? Meeting deadlines and working towards goals?

If you are answering yes come take a closer look at our opening for Prevocational Supervisor.

This full-time 1st shift position is responsible for teaching skill development activities to individuals with disabilities in the areas of social and work habits, attitudes and skills. The Prevocational Supervisor is also responsible for organizing and supervising workshop activities to meet realistic production needs, and documenting services provided. Position will train and supervise individuals at various work stations including community sites. Position will also work with casemanagers to successfully prepare and transition participants to community employment. Ability to use basic computer programs (Microsoft Office suite) to complete electronic documentation and basic computer functions. HS Diploma or GED required. Must have valid driver’s license and maintain good driving record.

Full-time professional position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring services to assigned CRS participants. This includes development of service plans, implementation of services and necessary documentation and paperwork. Duties also include scheduling and supervision of staff and rotating on-call responsibility.

Part time position available to high school students. This position assists with teaching independent living skills to youth and adults with disabilities in a relaxed, residential setting. Position will provide personal care to individuals. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Hours begin after school and end as late as 9 pm and include 1st and 2nd shift weekend hours. No C.N.A. required.

Wage is: $8.75
