Maintenance Supervisor: Full-time position serves as the go-to person for all maintenance issues at HDC's three locations and residential homes. Must have hands-on person with plumbing, electrical, carpentry and overalll maintenance repair. Position supervises all maintenance, laundry and housekeeping functions, a total of 25 staff. This includes scheduling, performance evaluations, assigning work duties, ensuring completion of work and overall supervision of departments. Position includes on-call responsibilities. Previous supervisory and maintenance experience required. PT/OT Aide: Full-time position responsible for day-to-day care of residents as well as planning, preparing, implementing and monitoring residents' programs and activities in cooperation with Physical and Occupational Therapy consultants. Combination of 1st and 2nd shift hours and weekends. Position located at our ICF-ID Residential Center. Previous experience or education a plus, HS Diploma or GED requried. Job Coach: Full-time position to train, assist and transport adults with disabilities in community job opportunities. Must be able to work flexible schedules including early mornings, holidays, and weekends. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance and HS Diploma or GED required. Maintenance Worker: Full-time position performs a variety of housekeeping and maintenance duties. Duties will include general cleaning, floor care including waxing and buffing and also basic/routine maintenance including upkeep of facilities in and around the building and grounds, and making necessary repairs. Must have valid driver's license. HS Diploma or GED required. Support Staff: Full-time or part-time 2nd shift positions available to assist individuals with disabilities in group home, apartment, and family home settings with activities of daily living. HS Diploma or GED required. Must have valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation. Resident Counselor: Full-time position responsible for overseeing all activities of daily living in group home or apartment settings. Must be able to work rotating 2nd shift/overnight and every other weekend schedule. HS Diploma or GED required. Must have valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation. Program Lead: Full-time position responsible for daily care of residents as well as planning, preparing, implementing and monitoring Individual Program Plans and activities for assigned individuals at ICF-ID Residential Center. Position works combination of 1st and 2nd shift hours and weekends. HS Diploma or GED required, related experience preferred. Summer Help: Full-time and part-time temporary summer positions available to assist individuals with disabilities in residential and employment settings. Must have HS diploma or GED. Cook: Full-time 1st shift position available. May include some weekends. Previous cooking and food service experience preferred. HS Diploma or GED required. Employment Services Supervisor: Full-time 1st shift, Monday - Friday position in a sheltered workshop setting to assist individuals with disabilities develop appropriate work skills while meeting deadlines. Energetic, self-motivated, and organized candidate with previous experience preferred. HS diploma or GED required.
