DRIVER QUAD CITIES AREA

This full-time Monday-Friday 1st shift position is responsible for receipt, storage and delivery of goods and materials. Must be able to lift 50+lbs and operate fork lift. Must have Class B CDL with air brake endorsement and interstate commerce. HS diploma or GED required.

PROGRAM LEAD 2

The Handicapped Development Center is currently looking for individuals who:

Full time position to plan, prepare, implement and monitor Individual Program Plans and activities for assigned individuals. Schedule consists of 2nd shift hours of 1:00 pm-9:30 pm shift and every other weekend. Will be responsible for training new staff and current staff on new programs. Will be responsible for planning community activities. Must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. HS diploma or GED required.

LPN/RN

The Handicapped Development Center is currently looking for individuals who:

Responsible for a caseload of residents to monitor and develop health care plans, pass medications, admit/discharge residents and perform resident assessments as needed in a relaxed residential setting. Must have Iowa License. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50lbs.

CERTIFIED MEDICATION AIDE

This position gives medications, follows medication treatment and charting, and knows residents and reactions to medications. Position will follow and abide by all guidelines. Must have 60 hour certified nurse aide course and medication administration course in the State of Iowa. Position will work rotating weekends and some holidays. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs.

SUMMER HELP

Must be able to foster an encouraging environment and work with individuals on skills of daily living which is not limited to cooking, cleaning, laundry and budgeting. Must be able to work rotating 2nd shift/overnight and every other weekend schedule. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. HS Diploma or GED required. Must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation.

Typical 2 week rotating schedule:

Hours begin after school and end as late as 9 pm and include 1st and 2nd shift weekend hours.  Position is required to work a minimum of one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every other week. No C.N.A. required.

Individuals need to be able to foster an encouraging environment and work independently and exercise good judgment. Hours can vary during the week from early morning to afternoon into the evening. Saturday and Sunday hours are typically 8:00 am-8:00 pm. HS Diploma or GED required. Must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
