RESIDENTIAL CASEMANAGER: Full-time professional position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring services to assigned CRS participants. This includes development of service plans, implementation of services and necessary documentation and paperwork. Duties also include scheduling and supervision of staff and rotating on-call responsibility. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required; experience working in ID/DD setting preferred. Ability to use basic computer programs (Microsoft Office suite) to complete electronic documentation and basic computer functions.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES SUPERVISOR

The Handicapped Development Center is currently looking for individuals who:

This 1st shift part-time position, with no weekends or holidays, provides one-to-one services to participants for personal needs, provides assistance in the kitchen, and monitors individuals during arrival, break periods and departure daily. The Employment Services Supervisor also provides supervision of participants as assigned including convening Day Habilitation activities. Candidate must have the ability to use basic computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite) to complete electronic documentation and basic computer functions. HS Diploma or GED required.

Hours will be 1st shift: 6:30 am-3:00 pm every other weekend and some holidays. Handicapped Development Center is looking for weekend associates for Direct Support Professional roles.

 

  • Hours will consist of Saturday and Sunday. May include Friday in some cases.
  • Hours will be 2nd and 3rd shift and can include overnights.

Positions will be assisting individuals with disabilities in group homes or apartment settings with activities in daily living, including personal care and accompanying out to community events. Hours begin after school and end as late as 9 pm and include 1st and 2nd shift weekend hours.  Position is required to work a minimum of one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every other week. Full-time 1st shift, requiring every other weekend on 2nd shift and no holidays, position responsible for guiding, instructing and supervising a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities. Instructors implement classroom instruction and activities for individual and group programming. Responsibilities also include daily personal care of participants. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50lbs. HS Diploma or GED required.
