PERSONAL INDEPENDENCE CASEMANAGER
Full-time professional position develops, implements and monitors individual plans, maintains communication with participants and their parents/guardians and provides supervision to assigned staff. Must have ability to effectively interact with participants, family members, staff and professionals. Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to use basic computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite) to complete electronic documentation and basic computer functions. Bachelor’s degree required and supervisory experience preferred.
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES INSTRUCTOR
Full-time 1st shift, Monday-Friday position to plan and implement activities and provide training in classroom and production settings for individuals with disabilities. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50lbs. Previous experience with ID/DD preferred. Must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation. HS diploma or GED required.
HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The HR Associate provides administrative support to the Human Resource department. The position will assist the department in making outbound calls to check references, post job openings, and contact applicants interested in positions. Position also prepares new hire paperwork and maintains ID badges. The HR associate is also responsible for fostering creativity and putting together a wellness newsletter. Successful candidate will have open communication, creativity and possess excellent phone skills and organizational skills. Candidate must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment while maintaining confidentiality. Must have H.S. Diploma and three years office experience including experience with Microsoft Office and web based software.
This full-time professional position ensures streamlined operations of the I.T. department. Position works closely with all departments to identify computer network and related equipment needs, implements cost effective solutions, recommends acquisitions of and supervises proper maintenance of equipment and network services. Successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience and networking experience with 100+ computers. Bachelor’s degree or two years related work experience and associates degree. Must have driver’s license and auto insurance.
Under the direction of the Program Director, this full-time position is responsible for residential and programmatic aspects of one ICF/ID unit. Includes planning, organizing, coordination and evaluating in the areas of safety, staffing, resource utilization, program development and implementation and coordination of all services. Must have Bachelors degree in Human Services and qualify as QIDP; previous experience in field of ID/DD required. Supervisory experience preferred.
Full-time position responsible for daily care of residents as well as planning, preparing, implementing and monitoring Individual Program Plans and activities for assigned individuals at ICF-ID Residential Center. Schedule alternates 1st and 2nd shift hours and every other weekend. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50lbs. HS diploma or GED required, related experience preferred.
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (HIGH SCHOOL)
The position will work in a group home to assist individuals in activities of daily living and to gain independence. Position will provide personal care. Shifts will typically begin at 3:30pm/4:00pm and end around 8:00pm/9:00pm. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50lbs.
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL FLOAT
This position will work in Community Residential Services (CRS) and Employment Services (ES). The position will float between the two programs; position will work in group homes and apartments as well as day habilitation. Schedule will typically vary between the hours of 6:00a.m. and 9:00p.m. Position will work some weekends and holidays. Position has full-time and part-time options. HS Diploma or GED required. Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Full-time position responsible for daily care of residents as well as planning, preparing, implementing and monitoring programs and activities for assigned individuals at ICF-ID Residential Center. Schedule alternates 1st and 2nd shift hours and weekends. Must have a valid drivers license, a clear driving record and current auto insurance. HS Diploma or GED required. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Full-time 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) position available to clean and service the ICF-ID Residential Center.Schedule will include weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping, floor care, or laundry experience preferred. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50lbs.
Resident Assistant – Part time position available to high school students. This position assists with teaching independent living skills to youth and adults with disabilities in a relaxed, residential setting. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Hours begin after school and end as late as 9 pm and include 1st and 2nd shift weekend hours.
PERSONAL INDEPENDENCE & RESIDENTIAL CENTER INSTRUCTOR
Full-time position responsible for guiding, instructing and supervising a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities. Openings for 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm with every other weekend or 2nd shift (10:00am-6:30 pm weekdays, and 2:00pm-10:30pm) with every other weekends. Instructors implement classroom instruction and activities for individuals and group programming. Responsibilities also include daily personal care of participants. HS Diploma or GED required.
Part-time positions to assist individuals with disabilities in group home, apartment, and family home settings with activities of daily living, recreational activities and supportive encouragement. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50lbs. Schedule consists of mostly 2nd shift with some day hours. Typically Monday-Friday hours begin at 3:00/4:00pm until 9:00/10:00pm and Saturday & Sunday hours 8:00am-8:00pm every other weekend. HS Diploma or GED required. Must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation.
Full-time position responsible for overseeing all activities of daily living in group home or apartment settings. Must be able to work rotating 2ndshift/overnight and every other weekend schedule. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs. HS Diploma or GED required. Must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation
Full-time 1st 2nd and 3rd shift and Part –time 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift positions available to assist with and teach independent living skills to children and adults with disabilities in a relaxed, residential setting. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50lbs. HS Diploma or GED required.
